Christmas Cookies




Za ove modle se moze koristiti bilo koji recept, ali ovoga puta sam se odlucila za varijantu sa djumbirom.
1/2 solje istopljenog putera ( 125g )
1/2 solje secera ( mera je solja od 2dl )
1 jaje
1/2 solje meda
1 kesica vanilinog secera
1/4 solje svezeg najsitnije rendanog djumbira ili 1/4 kesice djumbirovog praha
1 kasicica praska za pecivo
1 kasicica cimeta
3 solje brasna
Sve sastojke pomesati ( rucno), podeliti u dva rolatica, uviti u foliju i ostaviti u frizider na dva sata.
Nakon toga, razviti koru debljine 0,5 cm, modlama vaditi oblike i peci u rerni dok ne promene boju ( 180 stepeni oko 20 min).

Kada se ohlade ukrasiti glazurom :)
Glazura:

1 belance umutiti blago viljuskom
200g prah secera
1/2 kasike gustina
1 kasika limunovog soka

Sve sastojke rucno mutiti dok ne postanu glatki i gusti. Po zelji dodati prehrambenu boju i ukrasavati hladne kolacice ;)
Ovaj recept sam dobila od rodjake i prvi put sam pravila, ukus je bio odlican ali sam razocarana glazurom, ali nije lose za prvi put :))

For these molds you can use any cookies recipe, but this time I chose the one with ginger.
1/2 cup melted butter (125g)
1/2 cup of sugar (a measure of the cup is 2 dl)
1 egg
1/2 cup of honey
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1/4 cup of fresh ginger or 1/4 of the ginger powder
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 cups of flour
Mix it all together (by hand), divide into two, wrap in foil and leave in the fridge for two hours.
Then, develop a crust thickness of 0.5 cm, remove shapes with molds and bake in the oven until it changes color (180 degrees for about 20 min).
When cool decorate :)
Glaze:
1 egg white, whisk gently 
200g icing sugar
1/2 tsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients until they are smooth and thick. Optionally add food color and decorate :)
This recipe I got from my cousin, and I've tried it the first time, the taste was great but I was disappointed with my glazing skills, but it's not bad for the first time :)
